Pennine Way Bed And Breakfast

The Perfect Location

Hebden Bridge (mentioned in the Doomsday Book) is set in a valley at the very heart of the Pennines. There are fantastic cycle routes and excellent walking country. The Pennine Way and The Calderdale Way, are both easily accessible from Kersal House bed and breakfast.

From hilltops less than a mile away from Hebden Bridge, the ancient village of Heptonstall overlooks Hebden Bridge. The rich history of the village includes the renowned poets Ted Hughes and Sylvia Plath, who lived there for several years. Plath is buried in Heptonstall church cemetery.

The breathtaking countryside which surrounds the area also inspired the Bronte sisters and their home village of Haworth is only a few minutes drive away.
